1. Sign into your site by clicking “Sign In” (or going directly to http://YOURDOMAIN.colostate.edu/Secure/Login.aspx).  The following steps assume you have appropriate permissions in order to move pages.
  2. Click the “Key” icon to access the Administration Menu
  3. Click “Add/Edit Pages”
  4. Select the page you wish to move
  5. Click the up/down arrow icon to move the page up/down on the list

Alternatively, if you wish to give your page a new parent page (so, eg, to move it underneath a different header entirely, you can simply click “Page Settings” once you are on the page and then change the “Parent Page”.
